Keychange is an international campaign which invests in emerging talent whilst encouraging music organisations to sign up to a gender balance pledge supported by Creative Europe
Keychange will support 74 participants each year. Selected through an Open Call process, the participants will be made up of music creators and innovative music industry professionals from Canada, Estonia, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the UK.
